RESERVATIONS
To ensure prompt confirmation, please supply us with the following details:
total pax, arrival and departure dates, flight number, hotel preference

COMMUNICATIONS
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by fax, or telephone
or email. We will work hard to respond your questions within 1 x 24
hours. Unless if there is a very specific requirement will be reply
at least 2x24 hours.
RATES
Rates are quoted net in US dollars. Rates are subject to change
with or without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
We request 80% deposit of the total tour cost at least 30 days before
clients' arrival in Indonesia. The balance should reach PT. Tunas Indonesia
Tours & Travel 7 (seven) days after invoicing.

CANCELLATIONS
Tunas Indonesia Tours & Travel - Bali will not charge you cancellation
fee for tours and transfers shown in the tariff. However, hotels,
restaurant, carriers or contractors may charge a cancellation fee
for no-shows or very late notification of cancellation. In such cases
we will pass the charges on to you.
TRANSFERS SERVICE
Include carriage, porterages, meeting service, and assistance. Transportation
is by private car or motor coach.
SIGHT-SEEING AND PACKAGE TOURS
All sight-seeing and package tours include entrance fees, performances,
meals as shown in the programs and transportation services by private
car, jeep, motor coach, truck, boat, or canoe. Requests for guides
proficient in languages other than English, should be made in
advance and are subject to availability.
HOTELS
Most Hotels charge 21% for tax and service. Reconfirmation and full
reservation details should be received by hotels at least 30 days
before the arrival for group bookings during the regular seasons and
45 days during the high season. For individual reservations, reconfirmation
should be received at least 10 days before arrival for regular and
high seasons. In case reconfirmation is not made, the room will be
automatically released to prevent cancellation fee charges.
RESPONSIBILITY
Tunas Bali Tours only acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies,
carriers or contractors. We are not liable for any loss, injury or
damage to any person or his property ; delay, or change in itinerary
which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to change or cancel
a program with or without advance notice if it is in the best interests
of all concerned.
